The landscape master plan for the new residential suburb of Bellamack was inspired by its natural surrounds to deliver an open space network that created the sense of suburb set amongst the bush. Careful consideration was given to the retention of valuable remnant vegetation during the initial landscape planning phases.

A simple and robust design philosophy produced a theme influenced by the Top End vegetation that continued throughout the site, helping create a sense of identity for the development. The open space network comprised of three neighbourhood parks, green corridors, bush trails and constructed wetlands.
